Spark Health Africa leads the Learning Network on Scaling Innovations in the Public Sector in collaboration with VillageReach and Spring Impact. ExpandNet chairs the Health Technical Working Group of the Community of Practice on Scaling Development Outcomes which is also co-sponsoring this event.
